After filling in the booking form we will confirm your order immediately, and, in that way, make sure that the required tour is still available. Then we also provide Bjørn Klauer’s bank account number, and kindly ask you to pay a fee of Euro 250.- per person. The accommodation you have signed up for will be reserved for one week, so that you will have time to make this money transfer.

As soon as your payment has been registered, your booking is assured. You will then receive a booking confirmation from Bjørn Klauer and a list of the equipment you will need. (By the way, this list you may also find on this website.)

The remaining sum is due for payment 28 days before the tour starts. An exception to this rule is when the reservation takes place less than 32 days before the tour starts. In such case, the total payment must be made at once.

After your booking has been registered, you will receive a payment form for Euro 250.- and a confirmation. Your reservation is made valid after your first payment has been registered. The remaining amount must be paid at the latest 28 days before the tour starts.

In case booking is made less than 32 days before the tour, the total amount must be paid as soon as possible.

It is the participants' own responsibility to take out travel and/or accident insurance, and consequential loss insurance.

After payment has been registered, Bjørn Klauer will provide written confirmation of your reservation, in addition to further information about the tour and the related equipment requirements.

In case of cancelling these are the fees:

  • up to 90 days before tour start Euro 250.-
  • from the 89th – 46th day before tour start 60% of the total amount of the invoice
  • from the 45th day before tour start 100% of the total amount of the invoice
